Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DermaLift. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below.


1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

    • The item must be in the original packaging.

    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at dermaliftenquiry@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will reply within 2 business days with further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged,

  • The item is defective, or

  • We sent the wrong product.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (processing time depends on your bank/payment provider).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


4. Exchanges

If you need a different product or a replacement, please start a return first.
Once the returned item is approved, you can place a new order or we may send a replacement (depending on availability).


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used products

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Digital items (if applicable)


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider; it may take time to process.

  3. If you still need help, email us at dermaliftenquiry@gmail.com.

DermaPlus reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
